My name is Ashli Lamattina. I struggled after having children. I found a way back that was so transformative, I had to share it with other moms.


I was determined to figure out WHY I couldn’t feel like “Me” anymore. I developed a passion for learning and helping other women find strength and confidence in their bodies again. An earth shattering number of women feel lost in new motherhood and never end up gaining confidence back.

I became a Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist and created GoMomBodSquad with the intent of focusing on the strength of a woman’s physical body.

Through my own experience, I have learned our physical strength can only go so far in this body if we do not harness our mental strength through action, behaviors, goal setting, habit, and gratitude.

 

My physical transformation was just the bonus on top of a total mental and emotional transformation.
